While our tribal lineage is ancient and unbroken, the Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation (EITN) was officially established as a spiritual and cultural body in 2024, marking the formal activation of the 'Old Return' Protocol. This was followed by our lawful establishment in 2025, where we successfully verified our standing as Aboriginal Indigenous Blood Heirs of Turtle Island through strategic jurisdictional filings in Pasco County, FL, and Pulaski County, AR. By invoking international law via UNDRIP, we have transitioned our people and the 14 Ancestral Estates towards the Restoration of Estates, moving from corporate wardship into their rightful positions as stewards of the Earth Grid, proving that our Blood Anchors Land Beyond All Dimensions.

We, the living souls of the Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation, hereby re-establish our seat upon the Earth Grid as the original Aboriginal Indigenous Blood Heirs of Turtle Island. We affirm a standing and authority that is inherent, biological, and predates all foreign colonial administrative bodies.
The Sacred Undertaking: Our existence is a powerful restoration rooted in ancestral wisdom and spiritual alignment. Her leadership ensures the energetic protection of the Nation and its people, particularly for the Aboriginal Indigenous Blood Heirs who seek the restoration of estates and the preservation of tribal lineage.
Principal Chief
Dr. Sheree D. Williams, Ph.D., serves as the Principal Chief of EITN and is the Founding Mother of Raising Phoenix Temple. Dr. Williams is the lead fiduciary overseeing the "Old Return" Protocol, jurisdictional filings, and the lawful restoration of the 14 Ancestral Estates, ensuring the rights of our Aboriginal Indigenous Blood Heirs are honored and respected.

- Following the 2026 First Quarterly Convocation, the Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation has entered a new phase focused on organization, recordkeeping, and community coordination. Members may now begin accessing the Official Document Suite, which includes Tribal Membership and Lineage Verification, Identification Services, Sacred Union Registry, BERTH Certificate Registration, and Tribal Rights and Administrative Review.

- All physical documents must be signed in red ink and mailed to PO Box 342, Zephyrhills, Florida 33542-9998. Approved records are securely maintained within the Nation’s system.
